Today’s ducklings are Pakistan’s Rahat Ali and India’s Ravi Jadeja.
Rahat was New Zealand debutant Colin de Grandhomme’s final wicket as he recorded sensational figures of 6-41 on his first Test outing. Pakistan were dismissed for 133 before New Zealand reached 104-3 in reply. Another debutant, opening batsman Jeet Raval who featured in a post last week (See previous post Guptill Gone!) …
… finished the day unbeaten on 55.
India’a Jadeja fell second ball to Moeen Ali (3-98) as India totalled 455 all out against England. England stumbled to 103-5 in reply (Root 53) with captain Alastair Cook and a run out Haseeb Hameed amongst those already back in the hut.
